Taryn

Taryn is entering her third year with Rise Volleyball and continues to make a significant impact on athletes at both the club and collegiate levels. She recently joined Oklahoma Christian University as an Assistant Volleyball Coach, bringing her passion for player development and leadership to the collegiate game.

Taryn previously served as the Head Varsity Volleyball Coach at Choctaw High School for four seasons, where she led the program while mentoring student-athletes both on and off the court. Her passion for volleyball began during her high school career in Texas before continuing at Oklahoma Baptist University, where she established her roots in Oklahoma.

Throughout her playing and coaching career, Taryn has developed a strong foundation in technical training, competitive excellence, and athlete mentorship. She is committed to helping young women grow in the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of volleyball while fostering confidence, leadership, and a genuine love for the sport. Her primary focus is helping athletes discover their “why” and become part of something greater than themselves.
