Taryn is currently the Head Varsity volleyball coach at Choctaw High School. Her passion for volleyball began in high school in Texas, and she later played for Oklahoma Baptist University, where she decided to establish her roots in Oklahoma. Over the years, Taryn has honed her techniques and deepened her knowledge of the game, which she now imparts to her players as a coach. She aspires to be a role model for young girls both on and off the court, helping to develop young athletes in the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of volleyball, while also fostering their love for the sport. Taryn’s primary focus is to help female athletes discover their “why” and become part of something greater than themselves.

• 4 years at Prosper High School (2015-2018) 5A State Champs

• 4 years at Oklahoma Baptist University (2018-2022) 3X GAC Champions and GAC Distinguished Scholar Athlete
