Nikki Dieball – President & Director of RISE Volleyball

Nikki Dieball is the founder, president, and director of RISE Volleyball, which she launched in 2014. Since then, she has built a highly respected program, personally leading three teams to the OKRVA Regional Finals and securing a championship title. Her teams have consistently performed at a high level, including a 3rd place finish with her 18’s team at the 2017 MLK Qualifier and multiple top-5 finishes at national events. She has successfully coached across all age divisions—14’s through 18’s—developing athletes at every stage of their competitive journey.

Currently, Nikki serves as the Associate Head Coach at Southern Nazarene University, where she played a key role in guiding the 2016 team to a GAC Championship and the program’s first-ever NCAA National Tournament appearance. Her collegiate coaching experience also includes tenures at Oklahoma City University, Mid-America Christian University, St. Gregory’s, and the University of Central Oklahoma. Over the years, she has mentored numerous All-Americans, All-Decade, All-Region, and All-Conference athletes.

As a former two-sport collegiate athlete, Nikki brings unmatched experience and competitive drive to her coaching. She was named an All-American, won three National Championships—two in basketball at SNU and one in volleyball at MACU—and earned 1st Team All-Conference honors in the Sooner Athletic Conference. A graduate of Mustang High School, she was recognized as both an All-State and All-Conference athlete.

Nikki is also a certified mental training and visualization specialist through Positive Performance, as well as a certified personal trainer and sports nutrition specialist through ISSA. She holds both undergraduate and master’s degrees in Psychology and is passionate about using mental performance strategies to help athletes play with confidence and freedom.

In addition to her work with RISE and SNU, Nikki has coached with the Oklahoma High Performance Team and currently serves on the board for the Oklahoma Region. She is deeply committed to helping athletes reach their fullest potential—on and off the court.

Nikki is married to Jon Dieball and is the proud mom of two boys, Kasyn and Kyler.
