Nikki Dieball

Nikki is the president and director of RISE. She began the club in 2014. She has taken 3 teams to the OKRVA Regional Finals, winning one of those. She guided her 2017 18’s team to a 3rd place finish at the MLK Qualifier and has had several top 5 finishes at other qualifiers. She’s coached teams in the 14’s, 15’s, 16’s, 17’s and 18’s division. She is currently serving as the Associate Head Coach at Southern Nazarene University. She helped guide the 2016 Crimson Storm to the GAC Championship Title and the program’s first ever NCAA National Tournament appearance. She has coached numerous All-Americans, All-Decade, All-Region, and All-Conference players. Before returning to SNU, she coached at OCU, Mid-America Christian, St. Gregs and UCO. As a double sport collegiate athlete, Nikki was named an All-American, won 3 National Championships (2 in Basketball at SNU and 1 in Volleyball at MACU) and was named to the Sooner Athletic Conference 1st Team. She graduated from Mustang High School as an All-State and All-Conference selection. She has also coached for the Oklahoma High Performance Team for several years and is a current board member for the Oklahoma Region. Both her undergraduate and Master’s degrees are in Psychology. She is a certified mental training and visualization specialist through Positive Performance and a certified personal trainer and sports nutrition specialist through ISSA. She has an incredible passion to help her athletes play with freedom and reach their fullest potential. Nikki is married to Jon Dieball and has a son, Kasyn.
