Kristen Coventon

Kristen is the vice president of RISE. She has been with RISE from the very start. She took her 2019 17’s team to the OKRVA Regional Championship finals. She is the Head Coach at Oklahoma City University where she led her team to a SAC Conference Tournament and Regular Season Championship and an appearance in the NAIA National Tournament. She was named SAC Coach of the Year as well as South Central Region Coach of the Year. She has coached numerous All-Americans, All-Region and All-Conference players. Before coming to OCU, Kristen coached at Southwestern Christian University where she took her team from 2 conference wins to 17 in her time there. She is also a coach for the Oklahoma Region High Performance Team. Kristen was a standout collegiate player at the University of Central Oklahoma. She is in the 1000 Kills and Digs Club and was a 3-time All-Lonestar Conference pick. Her degree is in Kinesiology. Not only was she a standout in college but she had a decorated high school career at Christian Heritage Academy where she was All-State in both volleyball and basketball. Kristen is married to Ryan Coventon.
