Kaley is a senior setter at Southern Nazarene University. She will be in her 8th year of playing volleyball and  3rd year of coaching. She began her coaching journey with Eagle Mountain Volleyball Club in Texas. She coached a 13’s team and placed 1st at the Lonestar tournament, qualifying for the USAV National Tournament. Her second year of coaching was with OP2 10-1’s where we placed 2nd at the OKVRA Rankings tournament. 

Kaley’s coaching philosophy is centered around intentionality, discipline, communication, and trust. She finds that it is extremely important for young athletes to allow themselves room to be a beginner! She encourages her athletes to ask questions and to fall in love with the process of learning, as she is also still learning things about the sport from an athlete’s perspective. She works hard to promote an environment that is cohesive, positive, and encouraging. She is passionate about the sport and this generation of young women!
