Hallee Burress

Hallee began playing volleyball at the age of 10 and began playing competitively at the age of 13. In high school, she was a three-year letterman and captain at Norman High. Her senior year, she distinguished herself with a COAC All-State Honorable Mention. Her 2 year collegiate career at KCKCC was marked by leadership and success, as she was nominated by teammates and coaches as team captain for the 2022-2023 season.

Halle, a Rise alum,  led her 18’s team to the Girls Junior National Championships. Her dedication to Rise has continued as she has served as a volunteer assistant coach for the 17s, and then as an assistant coach for the 15-1s team last year.

Hallee is the head JV coach at Norman High and is pursuing a degree in Mathematical Education at the University of Oklahoma.

She considers it an honor to be a part of Rise as an alumni and as being apart of the amazing coaching staff that has made her not only the player and coach she is today, but also the woman she is proud to be.
