Danielle Parsons

Danielle is entering her 2nd year with RISE but is no stranger to the coaching world. She has served as an assistant coach for Jenks high school for 7 seasons and is currently coaching the 8th grade team. She has been with the Jenks program for 10 years.

Coach Parsons played volleyball at Edmond Memorial HS where she helped her team earn three state championships. She then played in college at Missouri Southern University (MSU). She was all conference three years at MSU and stayed on as an assistant coach in 1993. After moving to Tulsa in 1994, Coach Danielle assisted Bishop Kelley High School by coaching their freshman team and assisting with varsity from 1995-1997.

Coach Parsons coached the 13’s team at Ultimate Performance Volleyball Club last year.  Coach Parsons’ full time job is with the Tulsa Police Department, where she has been employed for 29 years working in patrol, narcotics, and child crisis.  She is married with 3 children.
