Baileigh has served as both an assistant and head coach for RISE. She had an impressive collegiate career at Southwestern Christian University where she was both a libero and an outside hitter. She was named Honorable Mention to the Sooner Athletic Conference All-Conference Team, SAC Defensive Player of the Week, NCCAA National Player of the Week, OK College Player of the Week, and the NCCAA All-Tournament Team. She currently holds the record at SCU for digs with 1510. She graduated with a degree in sports administration with a minor in exercise science. In 2013, she led her Edmond Santa Fe team to a state championship. She is the assistant coach at Oklahoma City University.
