18-1's Assistant Coach

Bailey Lowder is in her second year of coaching with Rise Volleyball Club, where she works with both the 17-1’s and 16-2’s teams and now moving to assist the 18-1’s team for the 2026/2027 season. Originally from Lawton, she began playing volleyball in the third grade and quickly developed a passion for the game. She went on to compete at the varsity level for four years at MacArthur High School, earning All-State honors and being recognized as the All-State MVP.

Following her high school success, Bailey was recruited to continue her volleyball career at Oklahoma City University, where she is currently a sophomore pursuing a degree in nursing. During her collegiate career, she has also excelled academically, earning Sooner Athletic Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll (2024–25) and Academic All-SAC (2024–25) recognition.

Known for her positive energy and leadership, Bailey brings an encouraging, team-first mindset to everything she does. She is dedicated to uplifting those around her, always striving to help every player grow, build confidence, and reach their full potential both on and off the court.
