Jordan Rice

Jordan is entering her first season at RISE. She is from Waco, TX. She has coached for Waco Juniors, Alamo Juniors and Op2. As a collegiate player, Jordan was a DS/Libero for Baylor where she had her record game in the 2010 Sweet 16 upset of UCLA. In high school, she led her team to the 2007 Texas 4A State Champion title as well as being named State Championship MVP & Texas 4A State Player of the Year. She played club for Waco Juniors and helped her team to multiple appearances at the girls junior national championships…finishing 2nd in Salt Lake and being named to the all tournament team in 2005. Jordan is a physical therapist at Oklahoma Children’s Hospital and is involved with the young adult ministry at Crossings Church. She loves spending time with her family and friends and loves being outside in the sun. When asked why Jordan chose to coach at RISE she said, “I was attracted to Rise because of the value to empower young women through a positive, encouraging, supportive, and faith based environment all through a sport that has meant so much to my own life!”
